The Ideology of Love in Oshi no ko

"I love you" are words you have probably heard at least once before... unless you have no one who cares enough to tell you that they love you even if they dont mean it. Kinda sad.
"Yes, lying really is the greatest kind of love" is a lyric of the season 1 opening song by Yoasobi, and it gives us a lot of context upon what Ai thinks love is. Lying.
And she is not completely wrong.
According to the Ideology, lying to someone, obviously shows you how much you love them. "How you may ask?" "Isn't that toxic?"
First of all, I never said it wasn't toxic, now did I? But even if it is Toxic, its also a form of love. "How?" you may ask, well if you don't care about something, why would you bother lying. For example if you find out that your best friend's boyfriend is cheaking on gher, even for a moment you will ghesitate to tell her because deep inside you don't want to see her sad. Even though you will end up telling her in the end, you would initally not want her to  be disatressed and if you let that get the best of you, you will end up hurting them even more.
Well, in oshi no ko, we find out that even after killing Ai, Hikaru was deeply infactuated with her and continued to kill idols who got close to the amount of fame that Ai had which (SPOILER ALERT) Led Aqua to eventally kill Hikaru so Ruby could live, causing Aqua's death in the process. So, what do we learn from this, what really is love.
Oshi no ko, or my star, has one of the best decriptions for love actuall. It shows us that Love is different for everyone and that's fine until it isn't anymore. Like for Ai, it was lying, meanwhile for Hikaru Kamiki, it was Posessesive, Twisted and Obsessive which was fueled by Ai leaving him, causing him to kill her.
